Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy and content calendar for blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Telegram, and Reddit.

• Design localized marketing strategies to engage students and researchers from different nationalities and countries.

• Build and manage ambassador programs, recruiting and managing individuals to promote Apply Kite in their local communities.

• Engage in Reddit, academic forums, and student groups and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness.

• Plan and execute webinars, Q&A sessions, and live events to educate and interact with users

• Track and analyse key marketing metrics using Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad platforms.

• Conduct A/B testing on marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.

• Plan and execute Google Ads and paid social media campaigns to drive growth.

• Work with an SEO consultant to establish and implement best SEO practices.

• Work closely with the content writer, graphic designer, development team and Ambassadors network to ensure brand consistency.

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and growth strategies.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and growth marketing.

Proven expertise in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, etc.).

Experience in community building, influencer outreach, and word-of-mouth strategies.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, paid social media, and analytics tools.

Basic understanding of SEO with the ability to implement expert recommendations.

Familiarity with academic applications, PhD programs, or research communities is a plus.
