Eligibility highlights include a relevant master’s degree (normally 120 ECTS) in management, business and administration, social science, management information systems, innovation and entrepreneurship, or a closely related field; strong methodological competence in both quantitative and qualitative methods; a master’s-level methodology course; a weighted average grade of B or better; and a submitted master’s thesis by the deadline. Applicants must also document English proficiency and Norwegian proficiency (B2 for applicants outside the Nordic countries). HK-dir approval is required for higher education completed outside Norway, and applicants from outside Europe may need GMAT or GRE scores.
