Required experience includes NAMD, GROMACS, AMBER, or LAMMPS; strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar; experience with HPC systems; a strong publication record; and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience includes MD, QM/MM, enhanced sampling, GPU optimization, PyTorch/TensorFlow, bioinformatics, systems biology, protein interaction networks, foundation models, and scientific LLMs.

Funding/appointment: this is a postdoctoral appointment for up to 24 months initially, with possible extension depending on performance and funding.
