Postdoc / Master’s-level Project Manager and Lead Researcher in AI, Social Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Education

Copenhagen Business School is recruiting for two related positions within the AURORA seizmic KIC project : a Project Manager and a Lead Researcher . The project sits at the intersection of AI , social entrepreneurship , entrepreneurship education , and European university collaboration , with a strong focus on the further development and institutional integration of the seizmic APP and AI-enabled mentoring tools. The Project Manager role focuses on coordinating activities across partner universities, EIT KICs, faculty members, innovation support units, and other stakeholders. The work includes project coordination, reporting, workshops, onboarding, dissemination, quality assurance, and integration of the platform into entrepreneurship courses, incubators, and accelerator pathways across the AURORA Alliance. The Lead Researcher role focuses on the AI research and implementation agenda, including the development of an AI-enabled mentoring environment, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, customized AI assistants, and responsible, human-centered AI for educational settings. The role also involves collaboration with technical and pedagogical partners, pilot testing, evaluation, and institutional integration. Both positions are open either to candidates with a relevant Master’s degree and substantial experience or to Postdoctoral researchers . For postdoctoral applicants, a PhD in AI-enabled learning, educational technology, information systems, computer-supported learning, social entrepreneurship, innovation management, or a closely related field is required. Strong organizational and communication skills are important, and experience with European collaborative projects, AURORA, EIT HEI projects, EIT KICs, entrepreneurship education, and digital learning tools is highly desirable. The positions are based on site at Copenhagen Business School and are part of a two-year European initiative. The application deadline is 16 August 2026 .
