Eligibility highlights

Priority is given to applicants with patents, industrial R&D or technology transfer experience, a PhD from a top 400 globally ranked university, outstanding scientific achievements, or previous postdoctoral experience.
Funding and benefits
: 3-year industrial R&D appointment, competitive monthly salary of $7,000–8,000, free furnished accommodation, two international round-trip air tickets per year, two months paid annual leave, access to advanced industrial R&D facilities, patent/commercialization support, international collaboration, and a performance-based bonus.
